We are not responsible for an incorrect address. We are not responsible for shipping fees if you incorrectly write a wrong address. So please take your time to make sure you do so. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. Do to sanitation reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please email us at info@301westclay.com with a detailed message & photo attached. We will take care of it promptly and resend you a new package.
 
Once a package has been shipped we are not responsible for stolen packages. You can contact your local carrier for information. Accommodation will be made in the incident of a damaged package.
